Last week, OLEDWorks visited New York City to attend the LEDucation conference at the Hilton Midtown. Organized by the Designers Lighting Forum of New York, LEDucation is one of the premier conferences for solid-state lighting. Industry professionals shared their latest design and technological innovations with nearly 5,000 attendees over the two-day event. OLEDWorks has attended for years, and we were thrilled that the conference had moved back to an in-person event after a couple years of virtual audiences.
Inspiring the Next Wave of OLED Design
At this year’s conference, our team wanted to feature the design benefits of OLED technology. We spoke with lighting designers, architects, interior designers, and luminaire manufacturers during the event. Our all-new Design Book illustrated the possibilities of OLED design to inspire designers to consider future OLED lighting projects. The OLEDWorks table also featured different panel shapes and color temperatures, logo panels, segmented panels, and bendable panels that expand branding and design potential.

Attendees visited the OLEDWorks table to admire OLED technical capabilities and design inspiration firsthand. While there, our team discussed the potential that OLED lighting offers for new designs in commercial lighting, hospitality, retail, and show-stopping installations.
