2024 Top Workplaces Awarded to OLEDWorks

April 8, 2024

OLEDWorks is thrilled to announce that we are a winner of the prestigious 2024 Rochester Top Workplaces Award. The Top Workplaces Program (TWP) is the nation’s leading employer recognition program explicitly based on employee feedback results that are captured in the Energage Workplace Survey. This rigorously tested, anonymous employee engagement survey is a trusted industry benchmark, based on robust data from millions of employees across thousands of organizations.

How Does the Top Workplaces Program Work?

The TWP recognizes organizations like OLEDWorks that are particularly dedicated to a “people-first culture” and the workplace experience. The program provides science-based insights and an objective assessment of employees’ perspectives about their organization and its culture, including whether employees feel fairly valued, respected and supported, enabled to grow, empowered to execute, and closely aligned. Winning a TWP Award means that OLEDWorks is nationally recognized as an outperforming organization that has developed an extraordinary people-first culture.

“The talented people of OLEDWorks are without a doubt among the most dedicated and innovative colleagues I’ve had the pleasure of knowing,” shared David DeJoy, CEO of OLEDWorks. “You bring your best each and every day and are the heart of what makes us a Top Workplace in Rochester and beyond, and a leader in our industry. On behalf of the entire leadership team, thank you for all that you do for our company and our community.”

This year’s Top Workplaces list includes 69 local Rochester companies. Among them, OLEDWorks stands honored as it secures the #11 position in the mid-sized company category, out of the 15 companies selected. OLEDWorks attended a special awards ceremony hosted by the Democrat & Chronicle on April 3, 2024, along with other local winners of the 2024 Top Workplaces Award.
